Personalisation of items

All our products are handmade and we can within reason personalise any product on our website. Should you require personalisation on an item please either follow the instructions on the product page or contact us at the studio on – please quote the product you are looking to have personalised for a bespoke price on that item if it does not state on the product page. We will do our best to accommodate any request. Please note that once items are personalised they are non-returnable unless faulty, we will always do as much as we can to help.


All our products will be shipped out by a courier to UK addresses and will require signing for.

All items are sent and covered under an insurance and will be tracked to ensure that they reach you when you need them.

Standard Courier Shipping 3 – 5 days – £3.99

Express Shipping – 1 – 2 days – £6.99

Next Day Shipping – £15.99

Personalised items will be dispatched within 24 hours of completed production, handmade items take time to make so should you need your item by a particular date please get in touch and we will do our best to ensure the item reaches you when you need it to.

All our items are packaged and sent in plain packing as we know they are often for gifts and we would hate to spoil the surprise.

All orders are sent when complete, we will not split the delivery unless requested by you, further delivery charges may apply if split delivery is required.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is to refund non-personalised items within 48 hours of receipt of the undamaged and unused item, all products returned unless returned because of damage or fault incur a 10% restocking fee, buyer must return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

This does not affect any statutory rights. Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty or damaged due to the nature of being unable to resell the item.

We are happy to replace at our cost items damaged in transit upon receiving images of the damage, we will only be able to help with damaged delivery within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please mark on the received delivery if the outside of the box looks damaged before you open the parcel. We understand sometimes parcels can get lost with couriers, we can track all our parcels around the world to ensure we do our best to help with your delivery.

Payment available

We currently accept payment in GBP only and you may pay via PayPal. We use PayPal to ensure buyer protection.

We do have the facility for BACS please call us to discuss.

We do not accept cheques or bankers drafts.
